Rev. Dr. Allison Coventry is an ordained elder in the Free Methodist Church and currently serves the Pacific Northwest Conference in Leadership Development and Pastoral Formation. She has pastored churches in Rochester, NY and the Seattle, WA area. She also spent 5 years doing Leadership Development for the Latin America Area. Allison is a certified trainer for individuals and teams in Cultural Intelligence and Managing Unconscious Bias.  She lives in Seattle, enjoys coffee and hiking, and is committed to loving and serving her neighbors.

Rev. Dr. Trisha Welstad began the Leadership Center coaching and consulting organization in 2012. She received a doctorate in Leadership from Portland Seminary in 2020 and is an ordained Free Methodist elder and coach with over 20 years of experience. Trisha’s background in leadership includes facilitating staff teams as the lead executive, serving as the director for leadership development in organizations in Oregon & Los Angeles, teaching at the collegiate, graduate, and doctoral level in practical leadership, and facilitating the Institute for Pastoral & Congregational Thriving at Portland Seminary as Executive Director and grant writer.  She also enjoys volunteering locally with her family.

Practical tips on how pastors & leaders can make simple updates without breaking the bank -- backed by an extensive, largely volunteer-powered, remodel of a1920's building in Vancouver WA. 

Stacy Newell & Chris Harold are Associate Pastors at North Creek Church in Vancouver, WA. They have worked together over the last two decades renovating three churches, including a traditional church, a former restaurant, and a 100 year old winery. Chris has extensive background in aesthetic design, sound, media, and construction. Stacy has an eye for efficient use of space, practical and economical design, and creative use of facilities. Here they will discuss the importance of updating & modernizing a building can make it more functional and inviting to both members and guests.
