To love God and people and to make disciples.

Superintendent
Robroy Ranger
Originally from Australia, Robroy begins his second 4-year term as Oregon Conference Superintendent in July 2025. He served on the Pacific NW Conference Executive team in 2020, and for over 20 years prior as Lead Pastor of a multicultural church with 33 people groups from all over the world. He is a decisive and collaborative leader whose primary passion is to breathe Christ in the world and set people free in His love. Robroy's passion is to establish community-wide purposeful discipleship in Christ's love and he continuously endeavors to help create new opportunities for people to serve Christ within multicultural community relationships.

Robroy is married to Jackie who is herself a Spiritual Director and certified coach who has pastored through teaching and supporting adult ministry. They are the parents of three adult children: Ashlie (& Mason & two amazing grandsons), Selby, and Angel.

Nancy Dunbar
Nancy has served as the Administrative Assistant to the superintendent since 2013 and has been a part of the Free Methodist Church since before she can remember. A native of Quincy, WA, she considers it a privilege to now serve Oregon FM churches and leaders.

Nancy previously served under FM World Missions in Ecuador, S. America alongside her husband, Kevin, and their two children -- Tabitha (Casey) and Ben (Nikki) who are now both married and have blessed them with 4 amazing grandchildren.
Outside of work and time with family and friends, Nancy loves quiet time, a brisk walk, national parks, audio books, gardening, and meaningful connection over a cup of tea.​​​​​​​

Mission Igniter / Executive Team
Dustin Weber
Dustin Weber is Executive Director of Mission Igniter, a Church Planting incubator. Dustin
received his undergrad degree from Spring
Arbor University and his MA in Biblical Studies from Asbury Theological Institute. Since becoming ordained in the FMC in 2006, he has planted churches, pastored local churches, served in the Middle East, and started Mission Igniter in 2017. Dustin is married to Megan, also an ordained elder, and they have two elementary-age children. Dustin is a missiologist and is passionate about helping the local church reach the changing community around it.​
What is a FM?
The history of the Free Methodist Church is rooted in the biblical command to live in holy love. This love comes from God and is available to all. …. Jesus embodied this good news of the kingdom in His life, death, rising from death and continuing work in our world.
