The Disciple-Making Dilemma
Practicing Discipology
When we read the Great Commission, we know what we're supposed to do – make disciples. We also know why – Jesus said so! But too often, we get caught up in the how. The answer is Time, Teaching, and Tactics. That's Jesus's method for making disciples, his Discipology, and to know how to make disciples, we need to go back to his blueprint. Join Peyton Jones as we roll up our sleeves and practical with disciple-making.

From Followers to
Leaders
Recovering Jesus' Pathway for Developing Leaders
Jesus didn’t just gather followers—He intentionally developed leaders who would carry the mission forward. Yet many churches today lack a clear pathway to move people from attendee to apprentice, from apprentice to leader, and from leader to multiplier.
In this session, we’ll unpack Jesus’ leadership development model and explore how to build a simple, repeatable pipeline in your church. You’ll walk away with a clearer vision and practical next steps for identifying, developing, and releasing leaders for multiplication.

Justice & Jubilee
These days, and maybe always, Justice has been a tricky subject. God calls for Justice and repeatedly defines it throughout scripture in very real and tangible ways, but still invites us to wrestle with how to live it out day-to-day. In this session, co-facilitators Rev. Marissa Mattox and Rev. Jesse Parker will unpack God’s heart for Justice in scripture, in our own Free Methodist history, and will invite a discussion about how God’s Justice and Jubilee can be brought into today’s world.
