What is LOOK UP, LOOK IN & LOOK OUT
Really All About?
As believers in Jesus and as leaders*, we have personal areas of our lives that we must understand in order to move forward in life, in relationships, in careers, and in ministry. We refer to this as the Look Up, Look In, and Look Out approach.

Look Up to Jesus and align yourself with Him in a loving relationship.

Look In to understand your personal makeup and how this loving God designed you with all of your gifts, talents and temperament—the person He created you to be, the gift of you.

Look Out to see how this loving God guides you to serve Him.
All three areas of life should be examined, prayed over, and cultivated to experience peace with God, have a healthy understanding of yourself, and know how to journey with God as He guides you while you travel with others.
*We are all leaders, either in the marketplace, church, community, or our homes.
